Great option for anyone trying to include more protein in their daily diet. I have tried a few different meals and the quality has been consistent every time. The food is tasty, fresh and nicely portioned. Ordering was simple and delivery to Vikaspuri was smooth. FitLife Fresh is now one of my regular meal options.
